The URA building along the Maxwell Road is a16-storey office building and 2 levels of basement with floor area of1,840 m².
The project was also a collaboration with RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (Pte) Ltd as Structural Engineer and Squire Mech Pte Ltd Consulting as Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.
